KYŌ – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KYŌ website, products and services.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
KYŌ is operated by KYŌ Group B.V., registered in the Netherlands.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
An account is required to place orders. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
KYŌ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.
KYŌ’s services are intended for consumers residing in jurisdictions where the Products may be lawfully sold.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the Products are suitable for you based on the information provided.
3. Products
KYŌ offers dietary supplements and related accessories.
All KYŌ supplements are food supplements and not medicines.
KYŌ makes no health or medical claims.
Product availability may change at any time.
Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Always refer to the product packaging for the most accurate and complete information, including ingredients, allergen information and usage instructions. KYŌ reserves the right to update product formulations and specifications from time to time.
4. Subscriptions
KYŌ offers monthly subscription products.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and have no minimum commitment period.
You may pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
Changes apply to the next delivery if made at least 14 days before shipment.
If a payment fails, KYŌ may retry the payment. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be cancelled.
KYŌ reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice.
KYŌ may temporarily suspend deliveries in the event of supply chain disruptions or force majeure.
5. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, credit card and Apple Pay.
KYŌ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability.
6. Delivery & Returns
Delivery and returns are governed by the Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Health Disclaimer
KYŌ products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
KYŌ products:
- are intended for adults only,
- are not suitable for children,
- are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and
- should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle.
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or take medication.
KYŌ is not responsible for misuse of products or use contrary to instructions. KYŌ is not responsible for use of Products contrary to the instructions provided or for use outside the intended purpose.
Individuals may react differently to food supplements. Always review the ingredient list and discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the KYŌ website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of KYŌ Group B.V. and may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYŌ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.
KYŌ’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
