Delivery Information
Shipping Origin
All KYŌ orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer or, where applicable, collected by the customer from the carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the selected delivery schedule.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination and external factors beyond our control.
- Netherlands: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
- European Union: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
KYŌ does not guarantee delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Free shipping may be offered from time to time or for specific products or order values and will always be clearly communicated on the website.
Delivery Method
We work with trusted courier services and provide tracking information once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
KYŌ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies to Products that are returned unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, this right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed products that have been opened after delivery, or
- products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- the product arrives damaged,
- the product is defective, or
- an incorrect product was delivered.
Opened products are not eligible for return.
Reporting an Issue
Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please contact wecare@kyo-essentials.com and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue, and
- photos where applicable.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by KYŌ if the return is due to an error by KYŌ.
Approved returns must be sent using track & trace.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after:
- approval of the return, and
- receipt of the returned product (if applicable).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
