Magnesium Bisglycinate

The mineral that tells the nervoussystem it is safe to rest.

WHY CREATINE

Magnesium is involved in over three hundred processes in the body. It is also one of the most commonly depleted minerals in people under sustained stress.

Demanding schedules, poor sleep and travel all accelerate depletion. When levels drop, the nervous system struggles to shift from activation to rest,
even when circumstances allow it.

What happens in the body

Magnesium modulates receptors in the brain that regulate neural excitability. When levels are adequate, the nervous system can shift into recovery.
When depleted, it tends to stay in activation.

Magnesium also supports melatonin production, reduces cortisol, and promotes muscle relaxation, all part of the body's preparation for sleep. The bisglycinate form is more bioavailable than standard forms and crosses the blood-brain barrier effectively.

It is most effective taken in the evening, an hour or two before sleep. It does not cause sedation. It removes a physiological obstacle to sleep.

When this becomes relevant

After long, high-stimulation workdays. During travel when schedule disruption elevates cortisol. Whenever sleep quality has been declining over several days.
