FishOil 50/25

Why this matters

EPA and DHA are omega-3 fatty acids the body cannot produce in adequate amounts. They must come from diet or supplementation.
DHA is a structural component of the brain. EPA helps the body manage inflammation. Both are directly relevant to how people think, recover, and feel under sustained demand.

What happens in the body

DHA accounts for around 40 percent of the polyunsaturated fat in the brain. It is embedded in synaptic membranes, the structures through which neurons ommunicate. Higher DHA content supports more efficient neural signalling.

EPA modifies the inflammatory environment in cell membranes. When membranes contain adequate omega-3s, the body resolves inflammation more efficiently. The 50/25 ratio in KYO Essentials reflects a higher EPA concentration, prioritising inflammation management.

Fish oil has no immediate effect.
Its benefit is cumulative over weeks.

When this becomes relevant

During frequent travel, which generates low-grade systemic inflammation.
During sustained high-pressure work periods.
When recovery feels slower than expected or cognitive sharpness feels
reduced over time.
